Graves Design Group has been designing several interior fit-outs for tenants of Pittsburgh's Environmental Innovation Center (EIC). The EIC is Pittsburgh Gateways’ LEED Platinum Historic Renovation of the former Connelly Trade School in the Hill District. This project is one example.

Pittsburgh Green Innovators is a non-profit organization committed to growing a vibrant green economy and community by collaboratively leveraging regional strengths through innovation, education, workforce development, and cultivation of sustainable business opportunities”.

The project included providing construction documents for programming that included tenant space to accommodate offices desks on both the ground floor and mezzanine levels, a separate office with meeting area at the mezzanine level, kitchenette, and conference room. Estimated area was 1,973 SF for First Floor and 794 SF at Mezzanine.
