Graves Design Group in collaboration with Tai+Lee designed Phase I of a new multi use development for McCormack Barron Salazar. The project includes an 85 unit, one to four bedroom rental unit component along with 7,350 s.f. of management-related commercial space in 19 building structures. The building types include townhouse buildings, walk-up garden apartment buildings and two mixed-use two-story apartment complexes. The total gross area is 108,553 s.f.

The project was designed to the standard of Pennsylvania Housing and PHFA guidelines, as well as to the standard of commitment made by the Owner to PHFA in the tax credit application that includes, but is not limited to compliance with accessibility and strict energy guidelines. RESCHECK was also provided for the project, in order to determine the energy efficiency of the structures and adjust the design, as required to meet the PHFA standard.
