PPG Paints Arena Garage

We were architect of record for this new $ 9 million, Class A, parking garage for the new Consol Arena (currently named PPG Paints Arena) and Cambria Suites Hotel.    The arena provides VIP and Pittsburgh Penguin player parking during hockey games.

The structure is pre-cast concrete, 5 –levels, with 644 parking spaces.   Both the arena and parking garage are LEED Silver projects.  Once the garage was completed, the owner hired the firm to author a garage maintenance manual to outline future maintenance procedures and schedules, to provide proper during the life of the building.
